Foreword, by Justin’s friends and supporters:

     We are friends and supporters of Justin Rueb. Mr. Rueb is an innocent man, who has been incarcerated in Colorado for crimes that he did not commit, since September 4^th, 1996. This was due to false “Assault on Police officer” allegations made against him by two corrupt Aurora, Co. police detectives who, along with a third party, conspired to  frame him. Once Mr. Rueb was placed in jail for the false charges, he was unable to post an initial $ 2,500 bail, and because of that he was forced to spend over a year in the jail, during which time he was beaten, tortured, and buried under a plethora of additional fabricated criminal charges by racist and sadistic jail officials. Justin ultimately pled guilty to a number of crimes that he was not guilty of, to flee further torture and abuse in the jail by concluding the cases and fleeing to prison.

     Years later, by representing himself without an attorney, in propia persona, he has already fought, overturned, and dismissed three of the said illegal Colorado convictions, and he continues his battle to overturn the illegal conviction of a fourth (the original “Assault on Police officer” case). And though evidence regarding several of the unlawful Colorado convictions can be reviewed by interested visitors to this site (along with a step-by-step descriptive narrative, written in Mr. Rueb’s own words), the PRIMARY purpose of this site is to bring attention to yet ANOTHER false criminal charge and illegal criminal conviction foistered upon Mr. Rueb by a corrupt California State court judiciary. There are still open doors, legally, for Mr. Rueb to continue fighting his remaining illegal Colorado sentence. However, sadly, short of state Governor Intervention, the courthouse doors may be shut forever to Justin receiving any justice for the illegal California robbery conviction (a 22 year sentence for which he still has yet to begin serving).

     And I know what you may be thinking: There’s no way that one man can be targeted by so many different cops, in two different states, and be innocent and unjustly convicted in so many different criminal cases, right? Well the proof of Mr. Rueb’s illegal convictions, and evidence supporting his innocence in the said cases, is contained right here on this site, along with written narratives for each case by Mr. Rueb.

     Please take a while to review this site, so that you can see the proof with your own two eyes. Then please share whatever thoughts or ideas that you may have, with us, in our comment section, before you leave. We’d appreciate it.

     The primary goal and purpose of this website is to give Mr. Rueb a voice, to bring public attention to his plight, and to begin a grass-roots movement and find new friends and supporters, to help us pressure the Governor of California to direct the California courts to give Mr. Rueb an evidentiary hearing in court, which the law entitles him to, but which corrupt California judges on all levels have thus far refused to give him, so that he may get the illegal 22 years robbery sentence, overturned.

     We welcome support of any type be it moral, active, technical, or financial (we’re presently trying to start a legal fund for Justin, in order to assist with his continuous legal expenses, and hopefully to obtain the services of a good, competent attorney). My name is Justin Rueb, and I thank you for taking the time to visit this website. Civil Rights activist and Supreme Court justice “Thurgood Marshall” once wrote:” The right to speak for oneself is a right that we, as a society, hold most dear. Unfortunately that right is being eroded with each passing day, as the wholesale appointment into office of conservative, agenda driven judges continues to expand across our great nation. And as that expansion continues to increase, our individual freedom to stand up and be heard in public forums has, accordingly, diminished. This fact has become no more apparent, than in our nation’s own courtrooms---where justice is no longer available to “all”, but rather, sold by the courts, and purchased by the wealthy and the privileged few. The impoverished and working class majority in this country, who cannot afford the tens of thousands  of dollars necessary to defend themselves upon being targeted by one of this country’s 51 legal systems (50 state; 1 Federal), often find themselves without a voice, and victimized by an increasingly corrupt judiciary. They also find themselves prosecuted by unethical and unconscionable state prosecutors whose interests no longer lay in “truth”, but rather, conviction outputs; and whose aspirations go no further than their own hypocrisies and career ambitions. As founding forefather and visionary “Benjamin Franklin once noted:” A flock of sheep will, in time, beget a government of wolves.” Accordingly, because the citizens of our society have become “sheepish”, and uncaring about the spiraling corruption within our nation’s judiciary, we are now played with wolves prosecuting false criminal charges in court, supported by manufactured evidence, and ruining the lives of innocent men…or wolves wearing badges, carrying guns, and abusing the implicit trust given to them by virtue of their job description…and then of course, there are the wolves that more and more frequently wear black robes, sit upon podiums, and render corrupt, unfair judgments upon the lives and futures of innocent men.”

Unfortunately I am one of those innocent men who has been targeted and victimized by all three of those said varities of “ wolves”( which you’ll see evidence of on this site); and as of April, 2008, nearly 12 years of my life has now been stolen from me as a result, with no end in sight.

     My family and former associates have one-by-one, abandoned me over the past 11 years, as my absence in their lives continued to grow. Not only that, but I’ve been forced by prison officials to spend the entire 11- plus years of my incarceration so far, in 24 hour-a-day solitary confinement (Administrative Segregation). Life has been very hard and cruel to me, but as word of my story spreads, I have more and more friends now who care about me, and who are willing to stand by my side and help me fight. And who are also willing to give me a voice. Without their love and support this website would’ve never happened. I appreciate them and what they’ve done for me more than they will ever know.
